The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 2:45 p.m. Thursday - Samuel Davis Jr., 49, of 422 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for revocation of suspended sentence. No bond set.
• 4:49 a.m. Friday - Cory Michael Thomas, 48, of 3070 S. Packerton Road, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.

• 10:39 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of East CR 450N and North CR 375E, Leesburg. Two-car collision. Drivers: Leah M. Hollett, 17, East CR 300N, Warsaw; Gerardo Malagon Nunez, 42, East CR 500N, Leesburg. Injuries: Hollett complained of chest pain; Nunez complained of chest pain; passengers in Nunez’s vehicle, Daniel Malagon Cervantes, 13, complained of head pain; Antonio S. Malagon Cervantes, 16, complained of face pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 11:56 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of North CR 800W and West CR 400N, Atwood. Truck left roadway and overturned in drainage ditch. Driver: Joseph E. Schultz, 34, Franklin. Injuries: Schultz complained of knee/lower leg/foot pain; passengers Nicholas Weaver, 22, Indianapolis, complained of head pain; and Megan M. Schultz, 36, Indianapolis, had a head injury. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 9:15 a.m. Thursday - West CR 900N, 300 feet east of North CR 1000W, Bourbon. Truck went into ditch. Driver: Terrace L. Lane, 41, South Bend. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.

Incidents
• 11:10 a.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for possession marijuana/hash oil/hashish and operating a vehicle without a financial responsibility with a prior in the 800 block of Provident Drive, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 12:36 p.m. Thursday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:33 p.m. Thursday - A warrant was served in the 2600 block of East Durbin Street, Warsaw. WPD.

Milford Seeking Proposals For Childcare Providers
MILFORD - With the news that New Beginnings Preschool and Child Care will be closing, the Milford Town Council authorized the clerk-treasurer to advertise for proposals for another childcare provider to move into the building at 706 W.
