Baseball
Manchester at Peru
Manchester dropped its first Three Rivers Conference game of the season, Tuesday night, falling 5-4 to Peru. The Squires are now 12-4-1 this season, 3-1 in the TRC.
Peru used a two-out single in the bottom of the seventh to earn the walkoff win. Ethan Hendrix went 3-4 with a double, RBI and run scored. Dallas Martin went 2-3 with two runs scored, while Harper Sturtsman had two hits and an RBI.
The Squires take on DeKalb on Saturday.
Whitko at Southwood
Whitko got above .500 this season with a big win over Southwood Wednesday, defeating the Knights 10-7 on the road. The Wildcats are now 7-6-2 this spring, 3-1 in the TRC.
Three runs were driven in by Easton Grable, as he went 2-4 with a double. Riley Harman had three hits, as did Kaden Ciaccia-Long. Max Platt had two hits and an RBI while also striking out five on the mound and earning the win.
Whitko is at home against Bellmont Friday.
Knox at Triton
The Triton offense had it going in a big way Tuesday night, as the Trojans beat Knox for the second straight day, winning 20-10 at home. Triton is now 6-7 this season, 2-5 in the Hoosier North Athletic Conference.
Maddox Dennie had the most runs driven in for the Trojans, driving in four on a 3-5 day while scoring two more himself. Drew Bingamon, Braxton Kaufman, Isaiah Vaca, Zac Greer and Kohan Hensley all had two RBI nights. Bingamon and Hensley each had three hits and three runs scored.
The Trojans are at home against Wawasee on Thursday.
Softball
Wawasee at Goshen
Wawasee moved to .500 in Northern Lakes Conference play Tuesday night, defeating Goshen 6-1 on the road. The Lady Warriors are now 8-7 this spring, 3-3 in the NLC.
Ashlynn Corn had three hits and an RBI. Abbagail Willey and Natalya Holder each had two hits. Haylee Allen was great on the mound once again, giving up four hits and striking out nine in a win.
Wawasee takes on Carroll on Saturday.

Molly Schannep had two runs driven in on one hit while also striking out seven on the mound in a win. Hadley West had three hits, including a double, driving in a run and scoring two. Paxton Baker had two hits and a run scored.
Manchester is at South Adams Saturday.

Whitko was on the losing end of a conference game against Southwood Tuesday, losing 5-1. The Lady ‘Cats are now 4-9 this season, 2-2 in the TRC.
The lone run by Whitko was driven in by Hope Bradley, who went 1-3. Kaylee Adkins was the one run scorer, and went 2-3 on the day. Cassidy Skinner struck out nine on the mound, giving up three earned runs.
The Lady ‘Cats are on the road against Oak Hill Friday night.
Girls Tennis
NorthWood at Warsaw
Warsaw dropped its first Northern Lakes Conference game of the season on Tuesday, falling 3-2 at home to NorthWood. The Lady Tigers are now 5-2 this spring, 4-1 in the NLC.
Warsaw’s two wins were by No. 1 singles Addie Lind, who won 6-0, 6-0, and No. 3 Emma VanPuffelen, who earned a 6-3, 6-3 victory. Both players are still undefeated this season.
Warsaw hosts Culver Academies on Thursday.
Mishawaka at Wawasee
Wawasee picked up a conference win over Mishawaka Tuesday evening, winning 3-2.
No. 2 singles Molly Beer and No. 3 Josie Sabin each battled hard but won their matches in three sets. The No. 1 doubles pairing of Alison Clark and Kenley Stewart won in straight sets.
The Lady Warriors host NorthWood Thursday.

Manchester is still undefeated this season after a 5-0 road victory at Whitko. The Lady Squires are now 6-0, 5-0 in the Three Rivers Conference.
Each victory for Manchester came in straight sets/. No. 1 singles Sarah Kerlin won 6-0, 6-1, while No. 2 Myla Crozier earned a 6-0, 6-0 win. No. 3 Bethany Penrod won 6-1, 6-0. No. 1 doubles Carleigh Blevins and Jillian Culp battled to win set one 7-5 before clinching the match with a 6-2 win. No. 2 Hailey Krom and Kate Schroll won 6-4, 6-2.
Manchester is at Bluffton on Thursday.
Knox at Triton
Triton picked up a straight set win on Tuesday, defeating Knox 5-0 at home.
No. 1 singles Danica Kunt won 6-0, 6-2, No. 2 Jenna Bules won 6-0, 6-0 and No. 3 Cheyenne Hawley earned a 6-1, 6-2 victory. The No. 1 doubles pairing of Kate Howell and Nadia Stetler won 6-4, 6-2, while the No. 2 duo of Allie Westafer and Sierra Hawley won 6-1, 6-0.
Triton plays Thursday at Bremen.
Girls Track and Field
Concord/Mishawaka at Warsaw
Warsaw earned two more Northern Lake Conference wins on Tuesday, defeating Mishawaka 98-34 and Concord 87-45 at home for Senior Night.
Camryn Burner took first place in the 100M and 200M dashes, while Eden Metz won the 800M run. Lucy Andrew won the high jump, while Leila Knepp took first in the long jump. Abbi Kohler took first in the shot put and discus.
