NORTH WEBSTER – Janice Winters, 80, North Webster, died June 2, 2024, at The Waters in Syracuse.
She was born Aug. 12, 1943, in West Virginia to Frank and Sylvia Thompson. She married Frank Winters on Nov. 1, 1958.
A Life Celebration® to honor Janice's life will be at Titus Funeral Home & Cremation Services, North Webster. Visitation will be June 8 from 10 a.m. to noon, followed by a funeral service at noon. Burial will take place immediately after the service at Mock Addition North Webster Cemetery.
