Tina Renee Hay, 57, Warsaw, died Monday, June 5, 2023, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.

She was born in Columbia City on Nov. 20, 1965, to Jackie and Nita Bays. On May 23, 2015, on the Chenworth Bridge over Tippy River, she married Robert Hay.

Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services is entrusted with Tina’s care. A celebration of life will be held at George Highlander’s Bar and Grill, Etna Green, on Sunday, Aug. 13, starting at 2 p.m.
