• 4:33 p.m. Monday - Robert Lee Crider, 58, Kokomo, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond listed.

• 6:14 p.m. Monday - Steve W. Nine, 66, of 2917 W. CR 150S, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 7 p.m. Monday - Taylor Denise Hoover, 25, Mishawaka, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior, operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of paraphernalia and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:19 p.m Monday - Charles D. Stiver, 48, of 6792 E. CR 950N, Syracuse, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:31 p.m. Monday - David Jerimiah Gaff, 45, of 1109 Kuder Lane, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $600.

• 5:40 a.m. Tuesday - Brandon John Bullington, 28, of 3762 W. Old 30, #68E, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - adult against family or member less than 14 and residential entry. Bond: $6,000.

Klingaman, 56, North CR 550W, Larwill. Injury: Passenger in Klingaman’s vehicle, Emily A. Miller, 48, North CR 550W, Larwill, complained of neck pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. • 9:34 p.m. Monday - Misdemeanor battery was reported in the 1100 block of Kuder Lane, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:19 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle and driving while suspended with a prior suspension in the 300 block of North Indiana Street, Warsaw. WPD.
