• 1:29 a.m. Thursday - Richard Damon Hagan II, 36, of 7446 E. South Barbee Drive, Pierceton, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash and false informing. Bond: $500.

• 11:09 a.m. Thursday - Katie Renee Fisher, 44, of 12788 N. Bishop Road, Syracuse, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:55 a.m. Thursday - Joshua Ryan Auer, 20, of 501 S. Harkless Drive, Syracuse, arrested for invasion of privacy. No bond set.

• 2:09 p.m. Thursday - Alexander Wayne Montileaux, 28, of 212 E. Emeline St., Milford, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.

• 2:23 p.m. Thursday - Debra L. Treece, 63, of 463 E. CR 650N, Leesburg, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 3:40 p.m. Thursday - Sepas Hernandez, 59, of 1012 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:54 p.m. Thursday - Nathan Paul Oglesbee, 35, of 515 E. Center St., #A, Warsaw, arrested for theft, possession of methamphetamine and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:09 p.m. Thursday - Derik James Hettler, 42, of 9458 S. County Farm Road, Claypool, arrested for theft, possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:20 p.m. Thursday - Charlie Gutierrez Tello, 21, of 8993 E. CR 500N, North Webster, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 10:38 p.m. Thursday - Michael James McNeal, 42, of 2508 Glad St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $450.

• 12:15 a.m. Friday - Ivan Pedraza, 39, of 3762 E. Old 30, #699, Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:45 a.m. Friday - Obdulio Vasquez Calderon, 35, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #192, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 1:43 a.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash and false informing in the 300 block of Smith Street, Leesburg. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 1:33 p.m. Thursday - A warrant was served in the 4600 block of East CR 650N, Leesburg. KCSD.

• 1:46 p.m. Thursday -  A traffic offense was reported for  a person driving while suspended with a prior suspension in the 400 block of South Columbia Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:29 p.m. Thursday - A warrant was served in the 12700 block of North Bishop Road, Syracuse. KCSD.

• 3:14 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for being a habitual traffic violator in the 2400 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:26 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for theft, possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and possession of paraphernalia in the 3300 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:32 p.m. Thursday - Invasion of privacy was reported in the 400 block of West Tanya Avenue, North Webster. KCSD.

• 5:41 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 700 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:17 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension and on a warrant in the 100 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:28 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and being a habitual traffic violator in the 2400 block of East Pierceton Road, Winona Lake. WPD.

• 1:32 a.m. Friday - A person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine in the 3800 block of North Ind. 15, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:15 a.m. Friday - A WPD vehicle was reported damaged in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.
