Jordan was born July 23, 1998, to Larry Roe and Allison Berry in Peru, Ind.
Arrangements are entrusted to Titus Funeral Home & Cremation Services of North Webster with a visitation taking place Dec. 21 from 3 to 6 p.m. A Life Celebration funeral will follow beginning at 6 p.m with Pastor Glenn Hall officiating.
