• 4:21 p.m. Sunday - Aaron Phillip Snyder, 38, of 9758 E. Rock-A-Bye Road, Cromwell, arrested on a bench warrant. Bond: $1,000.
• 10:01 p.m. Sunday - Ezekiel Dewayne Fitzpatrick, 30, of 316 S. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for burglary, residential entry and unlawful entry of a motor vehicle. Bond: $25,250.

• 11:25 a.m. Saturday - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and East CR 325E, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Carlos Velazquez-Tochimani, 20, East Wooster Road, Pierceton; James E. Burg, 58, Fort Wayne. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.
• 1:06 p.m. Saturday - Ind. 15, 704 feet north of Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Ezra E. Yoder, 55, Three Rivers, Mich.; Chrissy N. Mcoscar, 31, South Southwood Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 3:03 p.m. Saturday - 100 St. Augustines Drive, Warsaw. Car hit fence and debris from fence hit parked vehicle registered to Car Lot Credit Connection, Elkhart. Driver: Shawn P. Cromwell, 53, South CR 550W, Mentone. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 2:44 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more in the 6600 block of East Old U.S. 30, Pierceton. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 2:53 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 1800 block of Sharon Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:45 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for possession of paraphernalia in the 2500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:30 a.m. Sunday - A warrant was served in the 3000 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:27 p.m. Sunday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 3700 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:39 p.m. Sunday - Fraud was reported in the 700 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:56 p.m. Sunday - A juvenile complaint was reported in the 1900 block of Crescent Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 11:56 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for residential entry in the 100 block of Warner Drive, Claypool. KCSO.
