• 2:23 a.m. Thursday - Ryan Joshua McKinney, 27, Columbia City, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and felony probation violation. No bond set.

• 3:58 a.m. Wednesday - North CR 200W, 400 feet south of West CR 400N, Warsaw. Car hit tree and came to rest in a ditch. Driver: Tara L. Lee, 31, Holland, Mich. Injury: Lee had minor bleeding to the head. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 11:23 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Old 30, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Miguel Lopez Ajualip, 24, New Phila, Ohio; David V. Wysko, 41, St. Charles, Mich.; John C. Sholty, 74, Granger. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:39 p.m. Wednesday - 306 S. Main St., North Webster. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Tim L. Goon, 61, Chapman Lake, Warsaw; Karen S. Belcher, 80, East South Road, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 4:17 p.m. Wednesday - Pierceton Road, 500 feet east of South CR 250E, Winona Lake. Van went through fence and hit pipe. Driver: Ayden L. Sherman, 19, East CR 350N, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 8:18 p.m. Wednesday - East CR 200N, 150 feet west of North Cessna Road, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: George C. Hatcher, 54, North Westerner Winds Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 2:30 p.m. Wednesday - Misdemeanor battery was reported in the 500 block of Meadow View Drive, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 8:23 p.m. Wednesday - A suicidal person was reported in the 800 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
