• 12:13 p.m. Tuesday - Steven Gordon Roy Peddle, 27, of 2748 N. CR 600E, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 5:37 p.m. Tuesday - Marquis Sanjay Rowe, 29, of 1019 Island View, Warsaw, arrested on a bench warrant. Bond: $500.

• 6:25 p.m Tuesday - Jacob Nathaniel Goble, 20, of 7432 S. Caldwell Lake Drive, Claypool, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 8:37 p.m. Tuesday - Rafael  Cortes, 58, of 94 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery with moderate bodily injury and intimidation. No bond set.

• 8:09 p.m. Tuesday - Michael Jay Poe, 37, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.

• 2:16 a.m. Wednesday - Angela M. Weaver, 48, of 230 S. East St., North Webster, arrested for neglect of an animal. Bond: $500.

• 10:03 a.m. Wednesday - Samuel Terrance Stapleton, 19, Alexandria, Ind., arrested on two charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond: $1,000.

• 9:10 p.m. Tuesday - North CR 100E, 1,200 feet south of East CR 450N, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Ronald K. Longyear, 78, EMS T35-1, Leesburg. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 10:08 p.m. Tuesday - North CR 850E, 1,500 feet north of East CR 500N, North Webster. Pickup hit NIPSCO utility pole. Driver: Mason G. Lawlor, 17, East Backwater Road, North Webster. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. KCSO.
