• 1:17 p.m. Sunday - Eric Warren Swick, 42, of 8349 E. Wesley Lane, North Webster, arrested for dealing cocaine or a narcotic drug. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:49 p.m. Sunday - Charles Wade Steinman, 26, South Bend, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:03 p.m. Sunday - Andrew Peter Bella Jr., 37, of 11256 N. CR 450E, Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $700.

• 4:52 p.m. Sunday - U.S. 30, 600 feet east of Springhill Road, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Ashley R. Miller, 32, North Union Street, Warsaw; Sydney A. Miller, 31, East Madison Street, North Webster; Kyle M. Pepich, 36, Geneva, Ill. Injuries: Ashley Miller complained of chest pain; Sydney Miller complained of back pain; a passenger in Ashley Miller’s vehicle, Gwen Miller, 5, North Union Street, complained of neck pain. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:06 p.m. Sunday - Ind. 13, 40 feet north of Covered Bridge Lane, North Webster. Car went into ditch. Driver: Jerry W. Himes, 62, Goshen. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 12:17 p.m. Monday - Intersection of North Roosevelt and East Main streets, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Jacob S. Silveus, 40, East Market Street, Warsaw; Christopher R. Brown, 37, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.



Incident

• 5:25 a.m. Monday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 7900 block of South County Farm Road, Claypool. Claypool Police Department investigated.
