• 2:25 p.m. Thursday - Robert James Osborn, 52, of 670 N. Colfax St., Warsaw, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.

• 4:25 p.m. Thursday - Gary Gene Gagnon Jr., 47, Rochester, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:33 p.m. Thursday - Cindy Marlene Gunnels, 53, Rochester, arrested for possession of marijuana, hash oil/hashish, possession of paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. No bond set.

• 12:17 a.m. Friday - Jose Luis Vega, 28, of 519 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for refusal to submit to a chemical test and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.

• 1:01 a.m. Friday - Richard Castle Jr., 59, of 1012 N. Roosevelt St., Silver Lake, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.

• 10:31 p.m. Thursday - South Ind. 13, 500 feet north of East CR 850S, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Shawna D. Brubaker, 34, Laketon. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
