• 2:38 p.m. Tuesday - Kevin Mitchell Irwin, 42, Tippecanoe, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. NO bond set.

4:11 p.m. Tuesday - Antonio Fredrick Kelly, 40, Fort Wayne, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $600.

4:17 p.m. Tuesday - Lar M. Zar, 51, Fort Wayne, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

9:37 p.m. Tuesday - Philip David Wilkerson, 38, Fillmore, Calif., arrested for intimidation. Bond: $110,500.

12:24 a.m. Wednesday - Blake Lance Hughes, 33, of 3762 W. Old 30, lot 7E, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

7:27 a.m. Wednesday - Justin Lee Straka, 42, of 1504 Dot St., #A, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor dealing marijuana/hashish/salvia. Bond: $500.

• 6:36 p.m. Tuesday - Ind. 15, 200 feet south of West CR 250N, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Joyce E. Garman, 74, West Country Drive, Leesburg; Nicole L. Poucher, 43, EMS B51A Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:52 p.m. Tuesday - A warrant was served in the 3500 block of North Ind. 19, Etna Green. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

11:39 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person in possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended with a prior suspension in the 2500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

1:12 a.m. Wednesday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 2100 block of Dubois Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.
