The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 1:34 p.m. Thursday - Carl David Saint, 44, of 2669 W. CR 700S, #A, Claypool, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.

• 4:29 p.m. Thursday - Rachel Leticia Mullins, 23, of 501 Yulrich Drive, Milford, arrested for battery on a person less than 14. Bond: $6,000.

• 5:18 p.m. Thursday - Gary Lee Jones, 34, of 208 S. Third St., Pierceton, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 3:24 a.m. Friday - Donald James Trafan Jr., 23, of 102 E. Epworth Forest Road, #A, North Webster, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $600.

• 9:05 p.m Thursday - South Hand Avenue, 100 feet north of Ind. 25, Warsaw. Pickup hit NIPSCO utility pole. Driver: Robert M. Engle, 64, Rosemont Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6 p.m. Wednesday - A death investigation was opened in the 600 block of North Colfax Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:27 a.m. Thursday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person in possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia in the 3800 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:56 a.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior in the 1600 block of West Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:50 a.m. Thursday - Domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 was reported in the 1800 block of Sue Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:14 p.m. Thursday - Misdemeanor battery was reported in the 3600 block of East U.S. 30, Warsaw. Kosciusko County  Sheriff’s Office investigated.
