• 3:25 p.m. Tuesday - Eduardo Alonzo Duenas, 22, of 2326 E. Pierceton Road, Winona Lake, arrested on two charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:13 p.m. Tuesday - Leonard John Moreau Jr., 63, of 1792 N. Black Court, North Webster, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:09 p.m. Tuesday - Omar F. Ponce, 18, of 711 Pam St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 6:48 p.m. Tuesday - Terry Joseph Marsillett, 45, of 603 N. Parker St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 11:37 p.m. Tuesday - John W. Snodgrass Jr., 71, of 102 Millers Drive, #11, Mentone, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and two charges of driving while intoxicated. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:47 p.m. Tuesday - Danny Jay Manges, 56, of 1711 Fox Farm Road, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 7:11 p.m. Tuesday - North Ind. 15, 200 feet north of West CR 350N, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Eric A. Hauguel, 54, South Bend; Wanda K. Stair, 71, New Paris. Injury: Stair complained of chest pain; a passenger in Stair’s vehicle, Beth C. Pletcher, 53, West CR 1350N, Nappanee, complained of chest pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,0000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 4:30 a.m. Wednesday - East U.S. 30, 500 feet east of East CR 250S, Warsaw. Tractor went into embankment and hit chain link fence. Driver: Miguel A. Campus, 38, Kenosha, Wis. Injury: Campos complained of shoulder/upper arm pain. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. KCSO.

• 1:31 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated in the 1300 block of Park Avenue, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 10:41 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior in the 1000 block of South Zimmer Road, Warsaw. KCSO.
