• 2:13 p.m. Monday - Tyler Scott Foreman, 33, Elkhart, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 5:27 p.m. Monday - Scott Charles Stelow Sr., 53, of 331 E. Madison St., North Webster, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:59 p.m. Monday - Marcos Antonio Cisneros, 35, of 116 S. Sherman St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 1:31 a.m. Tuesday - Hollie M. Timmerman, 46, of 6111 E. McKenna Road, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 6:04 p.m. Monday - North Ind. 19, 50 feet south of West Welch Road, Etna Green. Car hit deer. Driver: Lyda E. Moore, 22, Lincoln Highway, Bourbon. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 8:44 p.m. Monday - South CR 890W, 900 feet south of West CR 1275S, Akron. Car hit deer. Driver: Tina L. Rush, 48, West CR 1250S, Akron. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 5:02 a.m. Tuesday - West U.S. 30, 10 feet east of North Ind. 19, Etna Green. Car-truck collision. Drivers: Jesse A. Devault, 30, Lapaz; Godinez-Garcia, 40, Chicago. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. KCSO.

• 12:27 p.m. Monday - A warrant was served in the 3500 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:18 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated in the 2000 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:43 a.m. Tuesday - Theft of a motor vehicle was reported in the 400 block of East Ind. 14, Silver Lake. KCSO.
