• 1:18 p.m. Tuesday - Robyn Anne Wagoner, 28, of 601 S. Bourbon St., #18, Bourbon, arrested for operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body - first offense. Bond: $700.

• 2:31 p.m. Tuesday - Jonathan Deward Mishoe III, 26, of 1608 Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:18 p.m. Tuesday - Marcus Antonio Miller, 37, of 8 EMS B58 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.

• 7:54 p.m. Tuesday - CJ Miles Miller, 40, of 6582 W. CR 1350N, Nappanee, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.

• 10:45 p.m. Tuesday - Scott Michael Dingess, 37, of 525 Meadow View Drive, Syracuse, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.

• 11:46 p.m. Tuesday - Joseph Wendell Williamson, 40, of 767 N. Colfax St., Warsaw, arrested on a bench warrant. Bond: $500.

• 9:19 a.m. Wednesday - Angela J. Colwell, 45, of 804 N. Mill St., Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:30 a.m. Wednesday - Miles Richard Williams, 55, Albion, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:53 a.m. Wednesday - Rick J. Smith, 39, of 4961 N. CR 250E, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 5:15 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Center Street and Robmar Drive, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Lisa C. Robinson, 63, North CR 250E, Warsaw; Richelle E. Serrano, 34, East Wooster Road, Pierceton. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 12:29 a.m. Wednesday - East CR 250N, 1,500 feet west of North CR 100E, Warsaw. SUV went into ditch, went through fence and field. Driver: Ruben C. Walker, 16, New Paris. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 3:40 p.m. Tuesday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 1200 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 6:41 p.m. Tuesday - A foreign warrant was served in the 6500 block of West CR 1350N, Nappanee. KCSO.
