• 9:41 p.m. Monday - Jimmie Dale Harris III, 21, of 431 Kinney Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 6:41 p.m. Monday - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and South Ind. 13, Winona Lake. Two-car collision. Drivers: Breanna M. Hoffman, 29, West CR 250N, Larwill; Rachel J. Kubsch, 34, Buchannan, Mich. Injury: Hoffman had an abrasion to the knee/lower leg/foot. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 7:36 p.m. Monday - Intersection of East Center Street and North Ind. 15, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Callen T. Hoskins, 18, North Lake Placid Drive, Warsaw; Ryan C. Martin, 48, West Nina Lane, Warsaw. Injury: Hoskins had minor bleeding to the head. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 9:11 p.m. Monday - Intersection of East Center and North Hickory streets, Warsaw. Car-mo-ped collision. Drivers: Maranda G. Evett, 32, Rieder Street, Warsaw; Steven L. Foreman, 49, North Brown Lane, Warsaw. Injury: Foreman complained of pain to the elbow/lower arm. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
