• 3:10 p.m. Wednesday - Daniel Thomas Cheatham, 33, Mishawaka, arrested for theft. Bond: $7,000.

• 5:29 p.m. Wednesday - Bartola Sanchez-Cuba, 47, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #79, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 6:28 p.m. Wednesday - Gage Allen Waddle, 21, of 1202 Wooster Road, #75, Winona Lake, arrested for theft. Bond: $500.

• 6:54 p.m. Wednesday - Cameron Otis Schultz, 18, of 206 N. Columbia St., Silver Lake, arrested for felony failure to appear and invasion of privacy. No bond set.

• 7:46 p.m. Wednesday - Rodney Lee Castle, 52, of 7703 W. Swick Road, Claypool, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.

• 10:43 p.m. Wednesday - David Harvey Unruh, 33, St. John, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol. Bond: $400.

• 2:21 a.m. Thursday - Patrick Anthony Rodriguez, 19, Goshen, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.

• 5:54 a.m. Thursday - Amber Arlene Hall, 40, of 916 Pine Mills Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 7:48 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East CR 100N and North CR 225E, Warsaw. Car hit utility pole. Driver: Maureen A. Misik, 29, West Crystal Flash Road, North Webster. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 1:14 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North Lake and North Union streets, Warsaw. Tree fell and brought down telephone pole on top of pickup. Driver: David W. Fulton, 65, North Lake Street, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:06 p.m. Wednesday - South Main Street, 50 feet north of Channel Street, North Webster. SUV hit curb and went into ditch. Driver: Robert D. Ruth, 67, North Brown Street, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 5:31 p.m. Wednesday - 1200 Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Lucas N. Duncan, 22, South Ind. 15, Silver Lake; Jason M. Alexander, 54, Pike Shore Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 2:04 a.m. Thursday - Theft of a vehicle was reported in the 300 block of South Washington Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:29 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension in the 1300 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. WPD.
