Wildman Business Group recently announced their plan to sell a specific division of their company, Wildman Imprints, to Stran Promotional Solutions.

Wildman’s decision to partner with Stran on their promotional products division was a key initiative of Wildman’s strategic plan to drive significant growth across their core lines of services which includes uniform rental, commercial laundry services, facility services and first aid, according to a news release from Wildman.

In addition, this better aligns Wildman to further expand their service territories geographically into new markets as part of their growth strategy. Although Wildman sold their strategic promotional product accounts, they will be building a new simplified product offering of decorated apparel and promotional products to support their core service offering and customer base.

“We decided pre-COVID to redouble our efforts on growing our core business of uniform and commercial laundry services across the Midwest. As a part of that decision, it only made sense to find a good home for the Imprints business and employees and we were blessed to have found Stran to ensure that our customers continue to receive the world-class customer service that they have come to expect from the team at Wildman,” said Josh Wildman, CEO, Wildman.

Wildman has built a substantial promotional products business over the last 20 years with recent Imprints sales exceeding $11 million in 2019. Stran Promotional Solutions will acquire the Wildman Imprints customer base along with all 19 of the current Wildman Imprints employees.

“We are excited to be expanding our footprint across the Midwest and are thrilled to have found a team in Wildman Imprints that has a similar approach to finding creative and custom solutions to meet the needs of each and every client they service. We believe these shared values and dedicated employees will ensure a successful transition for the clients of Wildman Imprints,” said Andy Shape, president, Stran Promotional Solutions.

Stran Promotional Solutions has secured a new office location in Warsaw, and is looking forward to expanding their services to the Midwest. To learn more about Stran Promotional Products and their extensive line of services available, visit www.stran.com.

Wildman’s vision is simple: Changed Lives. They remain highly focused on generating purposeful profit by delivering excellent products and services that keep their customers’ facilities and teams clean, safe and looking great, according to the news release. As an outcome of their growth strategy Wildman expects to add 200 more jobs in Indiana and beyond over the next 10 years.
