Roger Cook, 63, died Sunday, April 27, 2025, at Lutheran Hospital, in Fort Wayne.
He was born June 3, 1961, to Joe and Daisy Slone Cook in Warsaw. On Aug. 29, 2008, he married Jeanette Casey; she died Feb. 12, 2025.
Services will be held at a later date with burial at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels to help with expenses.
