• 9:06 a.m. Wednesday - Cameron J. Lampkins, 28, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $400.

• 10:04 a.m. Wednesday - Justin E. Huttinger, 35, Wabash, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:25 p.m. Wednesday - Gary D. McGillem, 64, South Bend, arrested for cruelty to animals. Bond: $500.

• 1:27 p.m. Wednesday - Jennifer M. Arnold, 37, of 4087 N. Sullivan Road, Leesburg, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 2:57 p.m. Wednesday - Kim A. Miller, 57, of 859 Walkers Ridge, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:05 p.m. Wednesday - Jordyn T. Walker, 25, of 3966 E. CR 300N, Warsaw, arrested for fraud. No bond set.

• 9:19 p.m. Wednesday - Staci L. Packer, 20, Fort Wayne, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 9:50 p.m. Wednesday - Gregory R. Flynn, 57, homeless, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $400.

• 9:57 p.m. Wednesday - Dollie K. Bumgardner, 22, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #98, Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct and battery against a public safety official. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:05 p.m. Wednesday - Pablo Gonzales, 40, of 9709 W. CR 200S, Mentone, arrested for criminal trespass and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:40 a.m. Thursday - Dana M. Jackson, 40, of 3716 S. Ind. 25, Mentone, arrested for felony probation violation and misdemeanor probation violation. Bond: $500.

• 5:10 p.m. Wednesday - North Parker Street, 10 feet north of U.S. 30, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Aarron L. Warren, 29, East Center Street, Warsaw; Brian E. Burkhart, 40, East North Winds Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:29 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested in the 1100 block of East Market Street, Warsaw, for public intoxication. WPD.

• 9:14 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested in the 500 block of Clinic Court, Warsaw, for battery on a public safety official, disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement. WPD.

• 9:22 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested in the 200 block of West Jefferson Street, Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine and criminal trespass. WPD.
