• 1:45 a.m. Thursday - Alonso Contreras-Borja, 36, of 3700 Shawnee Drive, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $6,000.

• 7:45 a.m. Thursday - North CR 200W, 1,500 feet north of North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Marinel N. Shepherd, 43, Lakeville. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 9:55 a.m. Wednesday - Utiliquest LLC, in the 8600 block of East Backwater Road, North Webster, reported the theft of tools and equipment. Value: $26,749. KCSO.

• 10:37 a.m. Wednesday - A man reported the theft of tools and a ladder in the 200 block of West Van Buren Street, Leesburg. Value: $400. KCSO.

• 3:44 p.m. Wednesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 400 block of South Cleveland Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:29 p.m. Wednesday - A woman reported property was damaged in the 5900 block of North Ind. 15, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 12:36 a.m. Thursday - A person was arrested in the 3700 block of Shawnee Drive, Warsaw, for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. WPD.

• 4:05 a.m. Thursday - An inmate in the Kosciusko County Jail, in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw, broke a fire sprinkler head. Value: $350. KCSO.
