The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 7:25 a.m. Friday – Paul Andrew Ruckman, 34, of 4980 E. CR 900S, Sidney, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.

• 9:30 a.m. Friday – Brittany Marie Miller, 27, of 8672 S. CR 600W, Claypool, arrested for probation violation-misdemeanor. No bond.

• 11:36 a.m. Friday – Ryan Ray Jarrell, 31, of 3362 Oak Pointe Crossing, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $10,000.

• 12:32 p.m. Friday – Randy Allen Bartels, 51, of 6658 N. Fifth Trail, North Webster, arrested for operating while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content between .08 and .15 percent. No bond listed.

• 2:25 p.m. Friday – Storm Gregory Kinsey, 23, of 2883 18B Road, Tippecanoe, arrested for burglary. Bond: $6,000.

• 3:15 p.m. Friday – Jamye Marie Evett, 25, of 1816 N. Brook Boulevard, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:16 p.m. Friday – Jessika Katherine Greene, 29, Roann, arrested for disorderly conduct-noise. Bond: $500.

• 4:43 p.m. Friday – Tuesday Nichol Dotson, 18, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for dealing a controlled substance. Bond: $10,250.

• 5:22 p.m. – Cory Eugene Iden, 36, of 10 EMS?W29 Lane, North Webster, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. No bond.



Personal Injury Accident

• 5:41 p.m. Thursday – Ind. 15 at CR 1350N, Milford. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Rhonda L. Sturgil-Bailey, 47, South Forest Lane, Syracuse; Kevin S. Walker, 55, East Beer Road, Milford; Jennifer L. Guard, 39, Nappanee. Sturgil-Bailey was taken to Goshen General Hospital complaining of arm and chest pain. Damage: $25,001-$50.000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.



Property Damage Accidents

• 5:44 a.m. Thursday – North CR 100E at East CR 350N, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Sandra L. Brill, 57, EMS B40A Lane, Leesburg; Regina L. Gates, 48, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,501-$5,000. KCSD.

• 6:51 a.m. Friday – South Buffalo Street, 360 feet south of West Prairie Street, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Kaylee Patton, 17, North Santorini Drive, Warsaw; Katrina Mills, 26, South CR 900E. Pierceton. Damage: $5,001-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:06 p.m. Thursday – A burglary and the theft of power tools and miscellaneous merchandise were reported in the 1600 block of West CR 200S, Warsaw. Estimated loss: $400. KCSD.

• 11:31 p.m. Thursday – A burglary of a dwelling and the theft of two televisions were reported in the 4200 block of East CR 450N, Leesburg. Estimated loss: $225. KCSD.

• Midnight Friday – A person reported a trespasser killed his cat in the 2400 block of South CR 275E, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 9:29 a.m. Friday – A missing lawnmower was recovered in the 200 block of North Blaine Street, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 11:08 a.m. Friday – A theft was reported from a business in the 1500 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:37 p.m. Friday – An invasion of privacy and criminal trespassing were reported in the 1700 block of Vanderveer Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:32 p.m. Friday – A fraud from a Craigslist ad was reported in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
