• 5:17 a.m. Wednesday - Laura Renee Curry, 30, of 6847 E. CR 1120N, Syracuse, arrested for maintaining a common nuisance and possession of meth enhanced 10 to 28 grams. Bond: $10,250.

• 5:17 a.m. Wednesday - David Michael Eppert, 39, of 612 W. Boston St., Syracuse, arrested for dealing in methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of meth 10 to 28 grams. Bond: $25,250.

• 6:05 a.m. Wednesday - Shanna Lyn Niles, 34, of 1014 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $400.

• 9:35 a.m. Wednesday - Roberto Cervantes Jr., 23, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #80, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Bond: $700.

• 10:36 a.m. Wednesday - Gage Allen Waddle, 19, of 404 N. High St., Silver Lake, arrested for auto theft and theft. Bond: $5,850.

• 11:43 a.m. Wednesday - Billy Ray Slone, 36, of 401 E. Sycamore St., Silver Lake, arrested for possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:24 p.m. Wednesday - John F. Shepherd Jr., 27, of 1502 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. No bond set.

• 12:48 p.m. Wednesday - Jason Wayne Craig, 51, Plymouth, arrested for stalking. No bond set.

• 4:47 p.m. Wednesday - Cedric Coffie, 49, homeless, Warsaw, arrested for public nudity and public intoxication. Bond: $800.



Personal Injury Accident

• 6:37 a.m. Wednesday - West Ind. 25, 1,200 feet west of South CR 700W, Burket. Two-car collision. Driver: Taylor N. Long, 21, North Cheyenne Drive, Warsaw; Carissa E. Ruby, 21, West CR 1400N, North Manchester. Injury: Long complained of head pain but refused medical attention.  Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.



Property Damage Accidents

• 2:37 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of West CR 1350N and North CR 850W, Nappanee. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Isaac M. Miller, 19, West Price Road, Milford; Karol D. Beachy, 62, North CR 900W, Nappanee. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 9:25 p.m. Tuesday - South Packerton Road, 500 feet south of East CR 700S, Claypool. Car hit deer. Driver: Philip W. Barkey, 71, South Freedom Parkway, Winona Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 4:25 p.m. Wednesday - South Main Street, 40 feet south of East Emeline Street, Milford. Two-car collision. Drivers: Rhonda D. Dennis, 51, North Sir Lancelot Lane, Cromwell; Lyric L. Lambright, 21, North Dolan Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 4:28 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North Ind. 13 and East CR 500N, North Webster. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Crystal L. Carr, 44, East Ponderosa Drive, North Webster; Steven R. Calvelage, 46, Kimmell. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 7:43 a.m. Wednesday - A man reported the theft of cash and tools from a vehicle in the 100 block of East Canal Street, Warsaw. Value: $225. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 12:27 p.m. Wednesday - An attempted burglary was reported in the 200 block of South Harrison Street, North Webster. Damage to a window: $75. NWPD.

• 1:34 p.m. Wednesday - A person reported his car was hit by several stones falling from a dump truck and one stone broke the windshield in the 100 block of North CR 1350W, Milford. Damage: $750. MPD.

• 4:05 p.m. Wednesday - A man wanted on a warrant was found in the 1500 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
