 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 11:29 a.m. Friday – Shelby Alyn Laubham, 23, Ligonier, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 2:48 p.m. Friday — April Dawn Frazier, 41, Peru, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:48 p.m. Friday – Morgen James Rowe, 33, Plainfield, arrested for possession of narcotics and possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $5,250.

•  7:10 p.m. Friday – Ashley Nicole Garcia, 31, of 1202 Wooster Road, #4, Winona Lake, arrested for battery with bodily injury. Bond: $600.

Property Damage Accidents

• 1:14 p.m. Thursday – Ind. 15 at West CR 400N, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision.  Drivers: Mark J. Bowman, 52, Fort Wayne; Barbara L. Bakhit, 58, Paxton Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:11 p.m. Thursday – Fisher Avenue at Herscher Drive, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Francisco X. Ramirez-Rangel, 17, East Main Street, Warsaw; Joseph D. Madeford, 42, South Virgil Street, Akron. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 5:16 p.m. Thursday – U.S. 30 east of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Eidan Munoz, 26, Columbia City; David Nowlin, 36, Reynoldsburg, Ohio; Jules W. Ballard, 33, Castle Rock, Colo. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. WPD.

• 12:38 a.m. Thursday – Possession of paraphernalia was reported in the 1700 block of West Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:05 a.m. Thursday – A woman from Palmhurst called the sheriff’s department to report identity deception and fraud. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 1:10 p.m. Thursday – Damage to a vehicle was reported in the 1000 block of Mariners Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:35 p.m. Thursday – Criminal mischief to two vehicles was reported in the 3400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:15 p.m. Thursday – The theft of cash and an iPad Mini was reported in the 1600 block of East CR 200N, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 8:03 p.m. Thursday – A woman in the 100 block of North CR 300E, Warsaw, reported being bitten by an animal. KCSD.

• 4:10 a.m. Friday – A traffic stop with a suspended driver was reported in the 2900 block of North CR 175E/EMS C24?Lane, Warsaw. WPD.
