• 1:22 a.m. Wednesday – Zackery Joesphe Sand, 24, of  515 W. Eagle St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700. 

• 2:24 a.m. Wednesday – Christopher Todd Warren, 29, of 54 EMS B 38B Lane, Leesburg, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $600.

• 4:59 a.m. Wednesday – Neal Ryan Minnick, 36, of 202 E. Washington St., Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 9:30 a.m. Wednesday – Cara Grace Vuittonet, 29, of 1407 Riverwood Ranch Road, Warsaw, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $2,075.

• 1:47 p.m. Wednesday –Billie Jo Arthur, 43, of 1041 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.

• 3:36 p.m. Wednesday – Raven Allen Jackson, 23, of 308 S. Indiana St., #A, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:09 p.m. Wednesday – Tara Louise Podemski, 22, of 2232 E. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for corrupt business influence. Bond: $10,250.

• 6:38 p.m. Wednesday – Franklin Troy McGurie, 23, of 2080 S. Country Farm Road, Warsaw, arrested for burglary. Bond: $10,250.

• 6:48 p.m. Wednesday – Jacob Jack Waddle, 38, of 208 N. Poplar St., Silver Lake, arrested for burglary. Bond: $10,250.

• 9 p.m. Wednesday – Nathan Scott Dimmock, 31, of 413 S. High St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.



Personal Injury Accident

• 11:22 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of West Waubee Road and Ind. 15, Milford. Truck hit pedestrian. Driver: William Baxter, 61, Market Street, North Manchester. Injury: Pedestrian Matt Oler, 54, Tower Street, Pierceton, was treated for a broken foot. Damage: Under $750. Milford Police Department investigated. 



Property Damage Accidents

• 2:59 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Ind. 13 and CR 1000N, Syracuse. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Neal Minnick, 36, East Washington Street, Syracuse; Jessey Tyler, 46, East Park Lane, Cromwell. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. 

• 4:30 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Ind. 13 and Epworth Forest Road, North Webster. Car hit deer. Driver:  Jamie Dixon, 25, Main Street, Larwill. Damage: $750 to $1,000. KCSD.

• 11:10 a.m. Wednesday – 211 Buffalo St., Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle registered to Robert Randels, Vicky Lane, Warsaw. Driver: John Yingling, 62, Hunter Ridge, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated. 

• 2:06 p.m. Wednesday – 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle registered to Robert Kline, CR 300S, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.



Incidents 

• 3 p.m. Wednesday– A person reported a car being keyed in the 200 block of Sophie Lane, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:40 p.m. Wednesday – A person reported a wallet and purse being stolen from a car in the 300 block of CR 300N, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:13 p.m. Wednesday – A woman reported a window broken out her vehicle and purse stolen from it in the 1000 block of Mariners Drive, Warsaw, WPD.

• 8:09 p.m. Wednesday – A person reported a theft  of speakers from Kohl’s in the 500 block of CR 300N, Warsaw. WPD.
