 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 10:03 a.m. Tuesday – Nathan Timothy Hare, 21, of 9653 N. Circle Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of meth, carrying a handgun and possession of a narcotic. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:40 p.m. Tuesday – Armond Marquest Ramsey, 26, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving while suspended. No bond set.

• 2 p.m. Tuesday – Toni Rae Little, 31, Anderson, arrested for driving while suspended. No bond set.

• 2 p.m. Tuesday – William Greenwood, 43, New Castle, arrested for a probation violation  No bond set.

• 4:08 p.m. Tuesday – Michael Todd Music, 35, of 317 N. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $183.50.

• 4:26 p.m. Tuesday – Alonzo Esteban Villarreal, 36, of 821 E. Smith St., #A, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.

• 4:42 p.m. Tuesday – Aaron Kinser Brubaker, 34, of 1818 Sharon St., Warsaw, arrested on five counts of failure to pay and probation violation. Bond: $3,497. 

• 5:35 p.m. Tuesday – Tiffany Estes Williams, 36, Mishawaka, arrested for failure to return for lawful detention, failure to appear and on two counts of theft. Bond: $25,729.

• 9:19 p.m. Tuesday – Armando Soriano Hernandez, 42, of 920 Anchorage Road, #44, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 2:10 a.m. today – Nathaniel Lee Hall, 38, of 2441 W. CR 250 #150, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:54 a.m. today – Aaron Walter Burchett, 28, of 550 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $500.



Personal Injury Accident

• 8:26 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of CRs 950W and 100S, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Victoria Hernandez-Flores, 32, Old 30, Warsaw; Chase Bice, 25, Bremen. Injury:  Flores was transported to Parkview Hospital with an injury to her head; Vanessa Morales, 7, a passenger in Flores’ car, was taken to Parkview Hospital with a head injury. Damage: $25,000  to $50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.



Property Damage Accidents

• 1:30 p.m. Tuesday – 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Shalena Brady, 25, Sophie Lane, Warsaw; Kayla Heckaman, 26, East Clark Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD

• 5:38 p.m. Tuesday – 7056 Ind. 13, North Webster. Car hit parked vehicle registered to H.C. Transportation, Cincinnati, Ohio. Driver: Diamond Dove, 17, Himes Street, North Webster. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.



Incidents 

• 12:43 a.m. Tuesday – A woman reported being threatened with a firearm in the 8900 block of East Hatchery Road, Syracuse. KCSD.

• 12:43 p.m. Tuesday – A person reported damage to a building in the 800 block of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1 p.m. Tuesday – Police performed a narcotic investigation in the 1700 block of Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:56 p.m. Tuesday – A person reported the theft of a purse from a vehicle in the 100 block of Main Street, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
