• 11:39 a.m. Monday – James Allen Custer, 42, of 11509 N. Ind. 13, Syracuse, arrested for failure to pay and probation violation. Bond: $283.

• 12:04 p.m. Monday – David Jeremiah Gaff, 40, of 9565 E.?Wawasee Lane, Syracuse, arrested on civil warrant. Bond: $1,000.

• 2:12 p.m. Monday – Joshua Ross Cummins, 32, of 1620 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 3:42 p.m. Monday – Durke Clay Phillips, 31, Columbia City, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 5:38 p.m. Monday – John Dean Simpson, 39, of 87 EMS B1A Lane, Leesburg, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 5:40 p.m. Monday – Nicholas Dee Dials, 32, of 3216 S. Oak St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 7:41 p.m. Monday – Samantha Kay Blanton, 31, of 7242 CR 19, Nappanee, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.

• 8:35 p.m. Monday – Kayleen Michele Van Nostrand, 20,  Rochester, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 9:53 p.m. Monday – Joshua Aaron Bickers, 26, Indianapolis, arrested for domestic battery and battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 1:24 a.m. today – Brooke Alexandra Bechtold, 23, East John Street, Syracuse, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 1:43 a.m. today – Ryan Kirk Wyman, 20, of 3605 Riverlawn Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.

• 2 a.m. today – Collin Marshall Boyll, 27, Elkhart, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
