• 6:11 a.m. Tuesday – Jeremiah  Jason Harmon, 36, of 4170 S. CR 500E, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended, possession of meth and probation violation. Bond: $10,500.

• 10:12 a.m. Tuesday – James Henry Barr, 32, Columbia City, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $400.

• 10:16 a.m. Tuesday – Patrick John Boylen, 52, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear and on a civil warrant. Bond: $1,000.

• 3:58 p.m. Tuesday – Thelma Rose Watkins, 53, of 3757 N. CR 900W, #107, Cromwell, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $183.

• 7:14 p.m. Tuesday – Ryan James McBride, 24, LaGrange, arrested for possession of a percussor, theft and corrupt business influence. Bond: $10,250.

• 7:16 p.m. Tuesday – Robert Alan Nelson, 52, Elkhart, arrested for possession of a precursor, theft, corrupt business influence, manufacture of meth and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $20,250.

• 9:42 p.m. Tuesday – William Linley McNess, 47, of 504 Hitzler St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $320.

• 9:53 p.m. Tuesday – Phillip Colby Hicks, 46, of 206 Chestnut St., #12, Winona Lake, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.

• 11:02 p.m. Tuesday – Nathaniel David Heitkamp, 21, of 549 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement.  Bond: $750.

• 9:59 a.m. Wednesday – Christopher Russell Monroe, 25, of 427 E. CR 1150N, #6, Milford, arrested for probation violation and failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 11:55 p.m. Wednesday – Devon Pete Poe, 29, of 5806 S. Maple Grove Lane, Warsaw, arrested on three counts of failure to appear. Bond: $924.

• 12:06 a.m. today – Matthew Warren Abrams, 24, of 170 EMS?T47 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, reckless driving and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $700.

• 12:47 a.m. today – Kevin Stuckman, 19, of 5430 N. CR 900E, North Webster, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol. Bond: $400.

• 12:53 a.m. today – Gabriel Samuel Rhodes, 22, of 908 N. Harrison St., Syracuse, arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and driving while suspended. Bond: $600.

• 1:09 a.m. today – Jordan Edward Stone, 24, of 4159 N. CR 100E, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicative. Bond: $700.

• 3:50 a.m. today – Joshua Joe Niccum, 39, of 2320 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended, check deception and on civil warrant. Bond: $1,353.

• 11:17 a.m. Tuesday – 2288 N. Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Car hit sign post. Driver: Sheila Ellis, 65, Rowland Avenue, Leesburg. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 12:17 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and East Center Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Karen Kyler, 44, Larwill; Thomas Nugent, 68, Lansing, Ill. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department Investigated.

• 7:59 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Winona Avenue and Reed Street, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Darvin Setser, 29, Pierceton Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

• 10:12 p.m. Tuesday – 432 Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle registered to Sherri Wagoner, Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw. Driver: Bishop James, 23, Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

• 2:41 p.m. Wednesday – 2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Two-vehicle collison. Drivers: Roger Presi, 72,  CR 1450N, North Manchester; Marylin Culp, 73, Wakarusa. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
