Richard E. and Dardanella Yoder will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house dinner from 1 to 4 p.m. Oct. 29 at 2503 W. CR 900S, Silver Lake.

Richard and the former Dardanella Himes were married Oct. 29, 1961, by the Honorable Raymond Neff, justice of the peace of Warsaw.

The couple have seven children: the late Richard D. and Michael E.; Laura (and spouse Wesley) Engle; David A. (and spouse Jennifer) Julian; Tina (and spouse Justin) Embry; Brian (and spouse Brenda) Yoder; and Christopher (and spouse Tracy) Yoder; 33 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.[[In-content Ad]]
