County Jail Bookings
 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 10:29 a.m. Monday – Joshua Schmucker, 31, of 2634 Ind. 15S, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $10,000.
- 4:17 p.m. Monday – Stephen Clabaugh, 50, of 1011 Ind. 19N, Etna Green, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $10,000.
- 5 p.m. Monday – Jodi O’Brien, 44, of 418 S. High St., Atwood, arrested for dealing a controlled substance. Bond: $50,000.
- 5:02 p.m. Monday – Joanne Baker, 22, of 318 N. Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for conversion. Bond: $1,000.
- 7:53 p.m. Monday – Kenyon Harris, 26, of 600 N. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
- 2:24 a.m. Tuesday – Andrew Secor, 26, of 7265 E. Blacks Court North, North Webster, arrested for resisting/fleeing law enforcement and possession of marijuana. Bond: $500.
- 2:34 a.m. Tuesday – Justin Brinegar, 30, of 8041 E. CR 400N, Leesburg, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

Personal Injury Accident
- 7:21 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 25S and Bruner Road, Mentone. Driver: Jamie Adams, 25, South CR 850W, Akron, struck Dennis Carlson, 17, Crystal Lake Road, Warsaw. Injuries: Carlson complained of shoulder pain. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

Property Damage Accidents
- 1:37 p.m. Sunday – 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Latisha Walters, 18, South Thomas Drive, Claypool; Shirley Runyan, 69, South Southwood Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 12:40 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Center and Hickory streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Evelyn Wagner, 89, North Colfax Street, Warsaw; Teresa Breading, 49, Lake Shore Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

- 10:30 p.m. Sunday – A man reported a theft in the 800 block of Oak Brook Place, Warsaw. WPD.
- 1:53 p.m. Monday – A man reported fraud in the 2500 block of West CR 100S, Warsaw. KCSD.
