n 12:29 p.m. Wednesday – Jonathen R. Lovelace, 20, of 5297 S. Country Club Road, Warsaw, arrested for robbery with a knife or cutting instrument. Bond: $10,000.
n 12:46 p.m. Wednesday – Elizabeth N. Gerber, 29, of 2596 W. CR 150S, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $25.
n 3:52 p.m. Wednesday – Emily E. Ponder, 27, Bristol, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $1,500.
n 4:47 p.m. Wednesday – John H. Parker, 42, of 5164 W. Corlys Lane, Silver Lake, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.
n 5:16 p.m. Wednesday – Jody B. Torpy, 47, of 214 E. High St., Atwood, arrested for theft less than $100,000 in value. Bond: $2,000.
n 5:30 p.m. Wednesday – Finn E. Torpy, 18, of 214 E. High St., Atwood, arrested for theft less than $100,000 in value. Bond: $2,000.
n 6:11 p.m. Wednesday – Jonathon E. Crace, 20, of 4330 N. Ind. 15, lot 18, Leesburg, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $10,000.
n 7:43 p.m. Wednesday – David D. Tran, 31, of 3699 N. CR 175E, lot 110, Warsaw, arrested for battery resulting in bodily injury. Bond: $2,000.
n 9:19 p.m. Wednesday – Branden Wiseman, 37, Coalmont, Tenn., arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.
n 9:47 p.m. Wednesday – Nathan R. Lafountain, 23, of 3284 N. Bugle Court, Warsaw, arrested for dealing cocaine. Bond: $20,000.
n 11 p.m. Wednesday – Joshua D. Willis, 30, of 1515 Maye St., Warsaw, arrested for nonsupport of a dependent child. Bond: $5,000.
n 1:34 a.m. Thursday – Austin J. Landis, 19, of 873 Carrington Boulevard, Warsaw, arrested on two counts of dealing cocaine, dealing marijuana and possession of marijuana – over 30 grams or prior conviction. Bond: $20,000.

n 4:16 p.m. Wednesday – Packerton Road, 2,000 feet north of CR 600S, Warsaw. Vehicle left roadway. Driver: Michael W. Hardy, 60, CR 900S, Claypool. Damages: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
