n 11 a.m. Monday - Trinton Jarrod Tuttle, 25, of 9902 W. CR 150S, South Whitley, arrested for conversion. Bond: $500.

n 1:11 p.m. Monday - Kenneth Lamar Miller, 26, of 72159 CR 100, Nappanee, arrested for ephedrine restriction. Bond: $1,000.

n 2:45 p.m. Monday - Ryan Adam Lenfesty, 34, of 4019 W. CR 100N, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $750.

n 4 p.m. Monday - Laydon Butler Umanos, 24, of 221 S. High St., Warsaw, arrested for theft/shoplifting and resisting/fleeing law enforcement. Bond: $500.

n 5:03 p.m. Monday - Fred Joseph Landolt III, 19, of 7997 W. CR 1500N, Silver Lake, arrested for conversion. Bond: $500.

n 6:08 p.m. Monday - Heather Renee Lemp, 26, 77 Kings Highway, Warsaw, arrested for check deception. Bond: $250.

n 6:28 p.m. Monday - James Hillurd, Hurd III, 22, of 9671 S. County Farm Road, Claypool, arrested for conversion. Bond: $750.

n 7:25 p.m. Monday - Bruce Richard Miller, 48, of 5706 Lakeview Park Drive, warsaw, arrested for domestic battery and driving while suspended. Bodn: $2,000.

n 9:45 p.m. Monday - Ethan David Jessie, 19, of Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

n 10:30 p.m. Monday - Gary Kiser, 46, of 1405 W. Country Drive, Leesburg, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

n 1:48 a.m. today - Stephen C. Reed, 51, of 1412 S. Harkless Drive, Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

n 2:02 a.m. today - Larry Duane Sainer, 38, of 211 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

n 4:14 a.m. May 4 - A Claypool man reported being battered. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department.

n 10 a.m. May 12 - A Warsaw juvenile made a false report about being attacked. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 2:40 p.m. Monday - Mark Alan Schortz, Eastridge Drive, Warsaw, reported a lost trailer license plate. Value: $25. WPD.

n 3:20 p.m. Monday - An employee of K-Mart, Lake City Highway, Warsaw, reported a shoplifter. WPD.
