• 11:48 p.m. Friday – Amanda Marie Daler, 33, of 507 W. Huntington St., North Webster, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 11:59 p.m. Friday – Justin Allen Brinegar, 33, of 8041 E. CR 400N, Leesburg, arrested for check deception and on a warrant on a civil matter. Bond: $1,250.
• 11:23 a.m. Saturday – Brenda Darlene Stump, 54, of 103 W. Pearl St., Syracuse, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 12:08 a.m. Saturday – Brian Lee Kern, 30, of 706 W. Portland St., Syracuse, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $600.
• 12:21 a.m. Saturday – Kevin Neil Hunter, 48, of 600 N. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon and criminal recklessness. Bond: $4,000.
• 6:04 p.m. Saturday – Michael Nathan Jacobs, 38, of 9862 E. King Arthur Trail, Cromwell, arrested for reckless driving and driving while suspended. Bond: $350.

• 2:25 a.m. Sunday – Timothy Dmitriy Freeman, 20, of 346 E. Deerwood Court, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and operator never licensed. Bond: $550.
• 3:48 a.m. Sunday – Zach Ross Shambaugh, 29, of 123 N. Parker St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
• 4:40 a.m. Sunday – Cory Andrew Walton, 21, of 812 E. Arthur St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,161.
• 5:41 p.m. Sunday – Johnelle Rae Hughes, 26, New Haven, arrested for theft. Bond: $1,500.

Personal Injury Accidents
• 10:26 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of Center and Hickory streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Darlleen R. Shepherd, 63, West CR 200S, Warsaw; Larry D. Williamson, 73, North CR 525E, Warsaw. Injuries: Shepherd was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital for minor arm bleeding. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 3:22 a.m. Sunday – Intersection of Ind. 14 and Bouse Drive, Silver Lake. Vehicle ran off road, struck utility pole and rolled on its top. Driver: Trevor L. Pace, 26, Julia St., Claypool. Injuries: Pace was transported to KCH for a head injury. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 3:51 p.m. Friday – Intersection of Buffalo and Prairie streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Kristi K. Loftis, 36, Center Street, Warsaw; Jeremy W. Gonis, 31, South CR 675W, Warsaw. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
• 7:07 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of Ind. 13 and East CR 150N, Pierceton. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Amber L. Filion, 32, Drake Road, Kendallville. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
