• 12:15 p.m. Wednesday - Henry Joe Pitts, 42, of 308 S. First St., North Manchester, arrested for check deception. Bond: $250.

• 1:15 p.m. Wednesday - Ronald Lambert Jr., 43, of 2097 S. CR 700E, Akron, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.

• 3:55 p.m. Wednesday - Shanda Nicole Myers, 23, Tippecanoe, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $521.50.

• 4:47 p.m. Wednesday - Nini P. Battles, 31, Michigan City, arrested on three counts of failure to appear. Bond: $912.

• 6:34 p.m. Wednesday - Benny Douglas Fitzpatrick, 49, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Bond: $350.

• 9:12 p.m. Wednesday - Gary Lee Weber, 47, EMS D5 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.

• 2:24 p.m. Wednesday - Roosevelt Street, 65 feet south of Main Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Iris V. Dickerhoff, 74, Mentone; Nancy J. Prater, 64, CR 400W, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:43 p.m. Wednesday - U.S. 30E, 1,011 feet east of Center Street, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: James R. Parks, 56, Columbia Street, Pierceton; Jeremy L. Graber, 28, Roanoke; Patrick Teusch, 35, Huntington. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 7:58 a.m. Tuesday - Michael Hoagland, Ind. 25, Warsaw, reported a possible fraud. KCSD.

• 10:30 a.m. Tuesday - An employee of Core Tech Inc., CR 200N, Warsaw, reported the theft of an aluminum dock plate. Value: $800. KCSD.

• Noon Tuesday - Brent L. Boyer, Kern Road, Syracuse, reported the theft of a .45 caliber semi-automatic handgun, magazine with bullets, a double magazine holder, a camera, a wallet and change from his vehicle. KCSD.

• 8:25 a.m. Wednesday - An employee of Home Sweet Home, Columbia Street, Warsaw, reported the theft of cash from the business. WPD.

• 8:49 a.m. Wednesday - An employee of Arby's, Detroit Street, Warsaw, reported the theft of cash from a register. WPD.

• 9:13 a.m. Wednesday - Joseph James Metych, Sunset Drive, Warsaw, reported damage to a window. Damage: $25. WPD.

• 10:47 a.m. Wednesday - Susan Elaine Cole, Country Club Terrace, Warsaw, reported a possible identity theft. WPD.

• 1:42 p.m. Wednesday - Juliet Julianne Gallagher, Sophie Lane, Warsaw, reported the theft of a wallet. Damage: $25. WPD.

• 4:56 p.m. Wednesday - Lisa A. Hatfield, Lovetts Lane, Warsaw, reported the unauthorized use of a checking account. KCSD.
