n 2:44 a.m. Saturday – Kurtis M. Gunkel, 37, of 55 EMS C29A Lane, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
n 4:18 p.m. Saturday – Jose L. Diaz, 39, of 3894 Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for driving while license suspended. Bond: $300.
n 5:51 p.m. Saturday – Anthony W. Click, 43, of 26 EMS B64 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for theft less than $100,000. Bond: $2,000.
n 5:56 p.m. Saturday – Kyle J. Moore, 21, of 1862 Sue Ave., Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia with intent to introduce a controlled substance. Bond: $350.
n 9:20 p.m. Saturday– Steveen N. Bates, 21, Goshen, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.
n 11:46 p.m. Saturday – Scott J. Cox, 32, of 12372 W. CR 1000S, Akron, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
n 4:59 a.m. Sunday – Clayton C. Rohr, 28, of 837 S. Oak Brook Place, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated per se and operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08% to .14%. No bond set.
n 8:13 a.m. Sunday – Tadd D. Neeley, 24, of 2071 S. Packerton Road, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated per se. Bond: $550.
n 11:38 a.m. Sunday – Joseph M. Hurley, 25, of 1101 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested on a warrant for an other agency. Bond: $11,000.
n 3:57 p.m. Sunday – Brandie J. Lamb, 36, of 6543 W. CR 550N, Warsaw, arrested on two counts of check deception. Bond: $750.

n 4:48 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Center Street and Eastlake Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Kelsey N. McGarvey, 18, Roosevelt St., Warsaw; Sandra C. Katris, 54, Country Club Lane, Warsaw. Injuries: McGarvey complained of neck and head pain and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damages: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 5:50 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of Lake City Highway and Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers:  Deborah L. Scharf, 57, CR 400N, Warsaw; Joseph K. Ream, 32, CR 800W, Etna Green. Injuries: Scharf complained of pain to her leg, Ream complained of pain to his shoulder/upper arm and Ream's passenger, Sarah M. Sanders, 20, Liberty Ave., Bourbon, complained of pain to her head. All refused medical assistance. Damages: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
n 5:09 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of Ross Ave. and Park Ave., Warsaw. Vehicle struck large rocks and street signs. Driver: Domingo Gonzales, 33, Wexford Place, Warsaw. Injuries: Gonzales was bleeding from his nose and mouth and was transported to KCH. Gonzales tested .27% on a portable breath test but refused consent to a chemical test. Damages: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

n 5:37 p.m. Wednesday – A Warsaw man reported his son was bitten by the neighbor's dog while it was running loose on Michaels Street. WPD.
n 8:53 p.m. Thursday – A Warsaw man was extremely intoxicated and kicked an officer in the chest while KCH staff attempted a blood draw. WPD.
n 1:51 a.m. Friday – A fire investigation was conducted on Osprey Drive in Mentone. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n 2:28 a.m. Friday – Deputies investigated a possession of a firearm while intoxicated on Columbia Street in Silver Lake. KCSD.
n 4 p.m. Friday – A Warsaw man reported a burglary of his U-Store-It warehouse on Winona Ave. WPD.
n 8:47 a.m. Saturday – A Warsaw man reported a lock cut on his storage unit at Quick Clean Storage on Winona Ave. WPD.
n 6:46 p.m. Friday – A Warsaw woman requested assistance in the return of her child on CR 100N. KCSD.
