- 11:13 a.m. Tuesday - Anna Sue Foreman, 32, of 110 S. Main St., Claypool, arrested for check deception and on an out-of-county warrant. Bond: $6,750.

- 1:45 p.m. Tuesday - William Kelly Harner, 38, Lima, Ohio, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

- 4:57 p.m. Tuesday - Rachel Ann Delinski,19, of 2335 N. Ind. 13, Pierceton, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.

- 5:08 p.m. Tuesday - Kolin Joli Young, 40, of 613 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,000.

- 7:40 p.m. Tuesday - Shannon Sue Brockman, 42, Columbia City, arrested for check deception. Bond: $2,000.

- 7:46 p.m. Tuesday - Brian Dean Meade, 36, of 211 E. Greenhaus, Syracuse, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. Bond: $3,995.42.

- 10:23 p.m. Tuesday - Augusto Tlahuetl, 19, of 1202 E. Wooster Road, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.

- 11:42 p.m. Tuesday - Joshua Eugene Smith, 27, Columbia City, arrested for driving while intoxicated causing serious injury. Bond: $10,000.

- 12:05 a.m. today - Rickey Kuchel, 47, Walkerton, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing and possession of marijuana. Bond: $550.

- 12:58 a.m. today - Johnathon Matthew Bland, 21, of 77 Kings Highway, Winona Lake, arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond: $500.

- 1 a.m. today - Brandon Michael Reeves, 26, of 109 2nd St., Winona Lake, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. $450.

- 10:54 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Ind. 15N and Arthur Street, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Judy R. Price, 71, North Thompson Street, Bourbon. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

- 12:55 p.m. Sunday - Angela Christine Yates, King Fisher Drive, Mentone, reported a theft from her purse. Value: $130. WPD.

- 12:59 p.m. Sunday - Andrea Ann Rangel, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, reported the theft of her purse. Value: $50. WPD.

- 9:36 a.m. Monday - A Service Liquors employee, Lake City Highway, Warsaw, reported $172.45 in fraudulent checks. WPD.

- 10:51 a.m. Monday - Allen Taggett, North Park Avenue, Warsaw, reported theft and damage to his residence. Value: $350. WPD.

- 12:39 p.m. Monday - Nicole E. Davilla, East CR 200N, Warsaw, reported a theft from her residence. Value: $420. KCSD.
