n 2:34 p.m. Monday - George Moreida Brito, 21, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

n 3:58 p.m. Monday - Mickey Charles O'Neil, 47, of 9004 Winchester Drive, Silver Lake, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.
