 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 12:48 p.m. Thursday – David Robert Billman, 41,  Texarkana, Texas, arrested for court. No bond set.
• 1:04 p.m. Thursday – Caleb Brenttel Stapleton, 28, Michigan City, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
• 2:32 p.m. Thursday – Heaven Cecilia Demaris Vick, 20, of 1601 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $500.
• 3:09 p.m. Thursday – Luis F. Guerra, 30, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant. Bond: $900.
• 3:10 p.m. Thursday – Brooke Lynn Montileaux, 39, of 416 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for bond revocation. No bond set.
• 5:50 p.m. Thursday – Stephanie Moreno, 18, of 4330 N. Old Ind. 15, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.
• 7:23 p.m. Thursday – Terry Lougene Roberts, 28, of 107 E. High St., Mentone, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
• 7:40 p.m. Thursday – Jonathan Carlie Shepherd, 25, of 1840 S. Ind. 25, Warsaw, arrested for theft and unauthorized entry in a motor vehicle. Bond: $500.

• 8:07 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Vehicle ran off the road and into an embankment. Driver: Christopher Durando, 27, Orchard Drive, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 8:08 a.m. Thursday – Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Vehicle collided with a road sign. Driver: Jennifer L. Cullins, 44, Terrace Drive, Winona Lake. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
• 8:23 a.m. Thursday – Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Vehicle backed into another vehicle. Drivers: Keeton L. Bartol, 16, Country Club Drive, Warsaw; Alexis B. Devenney, 16, Southwinds Trail, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
• 7:26 p.m. Thursday – Jalynn Street, Warsaw. Vehicle collided with an unoccupied and parked vehicle. Driver: Kayla N. Lamb, 16, Sophie Lane, Warsaw. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
• 12:24 a.m. Today – Intersection of Detroit Street and Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Vehicle struck center barrier divider on the highway. Driver: Hannah M. Brown, 22, EMS B60D Lane, Warsaw. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
