• 8:33 a.m. Monday – Brenda M. Sparks, 24, of 400 E. Hunnicutt Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 1:19 p.m. Monday – James Douglas Cable, 44, of 1523 N. Fox Farm Road, Warsaw, arrested for auto theft and theft. Bond: $11,000.
• 2:47 p.m. Monday – Pedro Marcos Castro Jr., 19, of 304 N. James St., Milford, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child and failure to appear. Bond: $6,276.50.
• 4:09 p.m. Monday – Ginger Bays, 37, of 507 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $675.
• 5:44 p.m. Monday – Charles Earl Grisby, 46, Elkhart, arrested for nonsupport of a dependent. Bond: $19,000.
• 6:01 p.m. Monday – David Michael Cook, 73, of 3278 S. Oak St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 7:20 p.m. Monday – Dakotah Cephus Shepherd, 23, of 1522 Brookview Ave., Warsaw, arrested for dealing hash and possession of hash. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:30 p.m. Monday – Lindy Grae Dilley, 31, of 1612 Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a narcotic, possession of a synthetic cannabinoid with intent to deal and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:39 p.m. Monday – Myles Scott Jordan, 28, Wabash, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 11:51 p.m. Monday – Whitney Lee Patterson, 29, of 804 N. Mill St., Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $709.58.

• 11:06 a.m. Monday – North East Wawasee Drive, Syracuse. Vehicle hit utility pole. Driver: Chris L. Ganshorn, 41, East Constitution Drive, Syracuse. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 11:46 a.m. Monday – East CR 1000N, North Webster. Vehicle ran off road. Driver: Benjamin S. Wirebaugh, 18, North CR 450E, Syracuse. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 12:10 p.m. Monday – North CR 100E, Warsaw. Vehicle ran off road. Driver: Zachary D. Neher, 20, East North Winds Drive, Warsaw. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
