n 12:46 p.m. Wednesday - Brent Allen Rutherford, 49, of 1283 N. CR 800W, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $250.

n 6:57 p.m. Wednesday - Brandon Todd Holden, 20, of 35 EMS W 23 Lane, North Webster, arrested for theft and possession of marijuana. Bond: $2,000.

n 10:08 p.m. Wednesday - John Wayne Slone, 53, of 324 N. Grant St., Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,000.
