 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 10:18 a.m. Tuesday – Carlos Xique, 46, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested on a warrant for another agency. No bond set.
n 11:18 a.m. Tuesday – David Swank II, 21, of 3652 S. Brumer Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Bond: $350.
n 10:11 p.m. Tuesday – Jacob Walerko, 20, of 3599 S. Tinkey Road, Mentone, arrested for possession of paraphernalia with intent to introduce a controlled substance. Bond: $450.
n 10:28 p.m. Tuesday – Jimmie Floyd Jr., 39, of 9358 E. Wizard of Oz Way, Cromwell, arrested for sexual misconduct with a minor. Bond: $5,000.

n 5:07 a.m. Tuesday – North Detroit Street, 1,000 feet south of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jacob Stromatt, 20, of 677 Walter Way, Warsaw; Josh Carpenter, 32, of 9804 S. CR 750W, Claypool. Injuries: Stromatt complained of head pain; Carpenter complained of chest pain. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 5:32 a.m. Tuesday – Lake City Highway, 100 feet east of North Detroit Street, Plain Township. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Valinda Jones, 30, of 653 Walter Way, Warsaw; an unknown driver who left the scene after striking Jones’ vehicle, which had stopped after striking a guardrail. Injuries: Jones complained of chest pain hours after the accident. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
n 5:38 a.m. Tuesday – Ind. 15N, 50 feet north of Plaza Drive, Wayne Township. Four-vehicle collision. Drivers: Maria Sanchez-Juarez, 31, of 1666 Lavista Drive, Warsaw; Robert Farrington, 70, of 2419 S. Woodland Trail, Warsaw; Mitchell Webster, 27, White Pigeon, Mich.; Jonathan Brooks, 41, of 1098 E. North Winds Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Sanchez-Juarez complained of back pain. Damage: $25,000 to $50,000. WPD.
n 8:03 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of East Fort Wayne Street and North Lincoln Street, Warsaw. A single mo-ped slipped and crashed in road. Driver: Daniel Gonzalez, 15, of 420 N. Roosevelt St., Warsaw. Injuries: passenger Rebecca Mendoza, 11, of 420 N. Roosevelt St., Warsaw, complained of lower arm pain. Damage: less than $1,000. WPD.
n 4:02 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Argonne Road and East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. A vehicle struck a pedestrian. Driver: Gordon Petty, 59, of 1635 S. White Pine Road, Warsaw. Injuries: pedestrian Adriana Gudino, 12, of 400 W. Wexford Place, Warsaw, complained of lower leg pain. Damage: less $1,000. WPD.

n 4:30 a.m. Tuesday – Lake City Highway, 100 feet east of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. A vehicle driven by Anthony McKenzie, 24, of 6657 S. CR 300E, Claypool, lost control and struck a guardrail. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
n 4:42 a.m. Tuesday – Lake City Highway, 100 feet east of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. A vehicle driven by Cody McDonald, 19, Atwood, lost control and struck a concrete barrier. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
