n 10:16 a.m. Wednesday – Raymond Jay Halsey, 25, of 126 S. Main St., Milford, arrested for theft. Bond: $15,000.
n 11:04 a.m. Wednesday – Autumn Sharease Helblig, 22, of 8379 W. CR 200N, Etna Green, arrested for failure to appear – original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $500.
n 3:37 p.m. Wednesday – Jason Earl Tackett, 35, Colbin, Ky., arrested on two counts of failure to appear – original charge felony. Bond: $27,500.
n 7:08 p.m. Wednesday – Keegan Lee Beam, 19, of 2235 S. County Farm Road, Warsaw, arrested for theft – value between $750 and $50,000. Bond: $1,000.
n 7:43 p.m. Wednesday – Jason Evans Arnett, 23, of 6482 N. 2nd Trail, North Webster, arrested for sexual misconduct with a minor – victim between ages 14 and 16 and defendant over 21. Bond: $6,000.
n 9:29 p.m. Wednesday – Jerry Lene Sheets, 53, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, Pierceton, arrested for contempt of court. No bond set.
n 12:29 a.m. today – Billy Laurane Baldridge, 41, Bourbon, arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine. Bond: $4,000.

n 7:03 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of East Syracuse Road and North Old 15, Milford. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Kenneth J. Graff, 19, North CR 925E, North Webster; Rebecca L. Jenkins, 33, North Lake Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Milford Police Department investigated.
n 3:38 p.m. Wednesday – 1692 E. CR 200N, lot 164, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Dawn M. Walker, 44, East CR 200N, Warsaw; Rosario Herendeen, 45, East CR 1300N, Milford. Damage: $750 to $1,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n 5:55 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Plaza Drive and North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Chet D. Borkholder, 17, CR 146, Nappanee; Rhonda K. Doss, 50, West CR 100S, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 6:02 p.m. Wednesday – 9672 N. Ind. 19, Nappanee. Vehicle left roadway, drove through field, struck house and telephone junction box before coming to rest in yard. Driver: Dewey L. Thompson, 23, Mishawaka. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
