• 10:01 a.m. Tuesday – Samantha Deanne Evett, 21, of 124 N. Jefferson St., Cromwell, arrested for dealing a schedule I, II, III controlled substance. Bond: $15,250.
• 10:24 a.m. Tuesday – Christopher Wade Mote, 28, Ligonier, arrested for burglary. No bond set.
• 10:48 a.m. Tuesday – David Alan Mendez, 29, Elkhart, arrested for auto theft. No bond set.
• 11:51 a.m. Tuesday – Quenzale Semone Wiley, 26, Bristol, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $1,500.
• 5:09 p.m. Tuesday – Darin Anthony Miller, 30, of 4330 N. Old 15, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $1,000.
• 6:08 p.m. Tuesday – Trinity Amber Moore, 18, of 2706 Huffman St., Winona Lake, arrested for theft and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $750.
• 6:47 p.m. Tuesday – Sarah Ann Wood, 34, of 787 S. Bunting Lane, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $2,500.
• 8:18 p.m. Tuesday – Stephen Jeffrey Miller, 28, of 113 W. Van Buren St., Leesburg, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $600.
• 10:11 p.m. Tuesday – Asa Charles Brown, 18, of 6217 S. County Farm Road, Claypool, arrested for battery and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $750.
• 10:13 p.m. Tuesday – Austin William Long, 21, of 6799 E. CR 800N, North Webster, arrested for failure to stop after an accident. Bond: $500.
• 12:39 a.m. today – Cody James Sapp, 18, of 200 N. Lake St., Syracuse, arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $783.50.
• 12:34 a.m. today – Charles Brendon Shepherd, 35, of 2575 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for battery causing bodily injury to law enforcement. Bond: $10,250.
• 1:30 a.m. today – Beatriz Adriana Diaz, 20, of 309 N. East St., Milford, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $675.
Property Damage Accidents
• 8:45 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of South CR 700E and East CR 750S, Pierceton. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Joe L. Gibson, 26, East CR 800S, South Whitley. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 1:45 a.m. today – South CR 400W, Warsaw. Vehicle hit tree. Driver: Britani A. Ogan, 22, South Ind. 25, Mentone. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
