 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 12:01 p.m. Wednesday – Kenneth Charles Fritchman, 52, of 5110 W. CR 525S, Claypool, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $10,000.
n 12:44 p.m. Wednesday – Vincente Josue Castillo, 18, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for breaking and entering into a dwelling or religious structure. Bond: $10,000.
n 6:21 p.m. Wednesday – Clifford Aubert Clevenger, 41, of 9727 N. Koher Road, Syracuse, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.
n 6:46 p.m. Wednesday – Lourdes Cantero, 32, of 516 N. Lincoln St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
n 8:46 p.m. Wednesday – Bobby Franklin Dean Jr., 46, of 310 N. High St., Silver Lake, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $50.
n 9:54 p.m. Wednesday – Eric Michael Sasso, 21, of 411 W. Pike St., Warsaw, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $25,000.

n 3:14 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of East Center and Indiana streets. Two-car collision. Drivers: Patricia M. Blankenship, 49, Section Street, Claypool; Albert D. Alston, EMS C30 Lane, Warsaw. Injuries: Blankenship complained of shoulder and upper arm pain and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 8:30 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of CR 800W and Ind. 25, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Diane L. Ryman, 68, CR 750W, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n 11:52 a.m. Wednesday – Lake City Highway, 150 feet east of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: John M. Lacheta, 43, Briaridge Road, Warsaw; Devon E. Woodard, 28, Columbia City. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
n 3:16 p.m. Wednesday – North Harrison Street, 40 feet south of East Center Street, Warsaw. Car hit utility pole. Driver: Buddy R. Chandler, 58, U.S. 30, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
