By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-0906-MF-606 wherein Aurora Loan Services, LLC was Plaintiff and Benjamin Linville; Lake City Bank; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; and American General Financial Services, Inc., were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of October, 2011 at the hour of 10:00 a.m., of said day, at 221 Main Street, Warsaw, Indiana, 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
