By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1210-MF-00255 wherein Beneficial Financial I Inc. was Plaintiff, and Ronald R. Platz a/k/a Ronald Raymond Platz and Penni Platz a/k/a Penni Lorene Platz a/k/a Penni Lorene Arndt, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22 day of October , _2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lots Numbered 9, 10 and 11in the original Plat of Beachwood Park located in the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 33 North, Range 5 East, also Lots Numbered 73 and 74 in Fourth Addition of Beachwood Park.
More commonly known as: 7668 Beachwood Ave, Warsaw, IN 46582
Parcel No. : 43-06-31-400-142.000-019 and 43-06-31-400-128-000.019
Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
