Milford Man In Jail for Stalking, Identity Deception

A Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department deputy spoke with the victim Jan. 5, who said she had received numerous harassing phone calls and text messages from Weisser, sometimes 50 in one day, according to a probable cause affidavit from the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office. She said Weisser made it aware that he was watching her while she was in her house and on a date. She said she was in fear of Weisser watching her from the windows of her home.
The victim said Weisser used a phone app that disguised his phone number when he contacted her. She said Weisser threatened to file court papers stating she was a drug user, according to the document.
On Jan. 6, a protective order was filed. When Weisser was served the information, he refused to open the door for the officer.
On Jan. 8, the victim learned a LinkedIn account had been falsely created in her name that stated she was searching for a new career.
On Jan. 9, Weisser was served a search warrant and officers found a spoon and needle in his pockets, the affidavit states. Weisser said these items were for his heroin addiction. Weisser also admitted to using the cell phone app to disguise his phone number and making a false LinkedIn account.
Weisser is being held in Kosciusko County jail on a $25,000 bond.[[In-content Ad]]
