Jerome and Marsha Keener, Pierceton, celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary Oct. 30, 2011.

Jerome and the former Marsha Zumbrun were married Oct. 30, 1971, at Oakgrove United Methodist Church, Columbia City, by the Rev. Joe Bear officiating.

Jerome worked at R.R. Donnelley & Sons. Marsha works at Lake City Bank in the east office.

The couple have two children, Brent (and spouse Sonya) Keener and Ben (and spouse Angela) Keener, all of Pierceton; six grandchilren; and four step-grandchildren.

They celebrated with a family dinner at Brownstone, South Whitley.
